Hello-
Thanks for your post.
Each release must be associated with a digital distribution package. We offer two digital distribution packages:
-A Singles package for $9.95 annually. A single release can include only 1 track.
-An Album package for $19.95 the first year and $49.95 each additional year. An album release can have anywhere from 2 tracks to 49 tracks.
Most Digital Distribution sales reports come from the retailers approximately 60 to 75 days after the end of the month in which the sale is recorded. For example, if you sold something in January, it would be in the sales report we get in the first week or so of April. Once that information comes in you'll be sent an internal ReverbNation message alerting you of the deposits, and you can then also track the sales under your Tools > Stats > Earnings page. Each retailer, however, reports their sales activities at different intervals (some monthly, some quarterly). Therefore, in a given month, you could see sales reported that actually occurred months before. On the rare occasion that your sales information and money is posted late, it is due to delays in reporting from the stores.
Royalties are placed in your ReverbBank and held there until you withdraw them. To get to your ReverbNation Bank, click your User Menu (thumbnail picture in top right corner) and select "Bank." When you have enough funds, you can click "Withdraw Money" and cash out to the PayPal address you have on file, or add the correct PayPal address at that time.
You can visit the Digital Distribution FAQ at the link below, which will hopefully answer any questions you have about the service.
