    Sometimes updating your web browsers and/or clearing the cache and cookies can be the quickest and simplest way to correct any issues you may be seeing. Once a new version of a web browser is released often times companies will no longer update or correct the bugs that may arise in older versions which can lead to some choppy web surfing. It can seem a little like trying to race a Ferrari with a Model-T.

    Here are some links where you can download the latest version of your web browser (we recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox):

    Outlined below are the steps necessary to clear the cache and cookies for several popular browsers, which will help ensure your computer is loading the most recent version of your ReverbNation page:

    • Chrome for Mac - Cmd+Shift+Delete or Windows - Ctrl+Shift+Delete

    • Firefox for Mac - Cmd+Shift+Delete or Windows - Ctrl+Shift+Delete

    • Internet Explorer Ctrl+Shift+Delete

    • Safari Cmd+Option+E

    Note: In some cases where clearing the cache doesn't work, we've seen that unplugging/restarting your router and modem can help too and please be sure that you do not have any overly aggressive ad-blocker or anti-virus that may be causing some websites to not load properly

    Its still not working. It says loading at the bottom of the screen. and sits there and spins for hours if I let it. I can't take a screenshot cuz I don't know how. this has been like this for months now and I'm fed up and ready to cancel the store all together.. If I click upload art, it says loading. If I remove an item it also just says loading. I have three unfinished products I'm trying to remove but all it ever says is loading. I have everything updated, browser, flash player my system is fine. Its your site. If I can't get help from this site, it is useless to me. I've already complained three times now and you've said the same thing everytime. I have a brand new HP with windows 8 and everything is up to date.
    When you say everything is working fine Have you tried uploading the artwork cuz that's where the problem is. its not when you click create new items its when you choose to upload your own artwork or used the advanced tool. When you click on those it pops a lil bar at the bottom that says loading and it spins and spins and never loads. I left it on for two hours came back and it still says loading. I've lost all patience for this. I've tried everyday for three weeks thinking it will be fixed and its been the same every time

    I'm sorry you are having some trouble. What web browser are you using on Windows 8? I'd like to test with the same exact system and browser because I am not having any issues:



    A screen shot would also be helpful. To take a screen shot you can either use your computers built in functions to cut and past to an image file (for Windows it is usually the PrtScn key or 'crtl+PrtScn') or you can use Jing ('http://www.techsmith.com/jing.html').

    I'll be happy to look into this for you once I have that information.
