Hello!
To unsubscribe from a Premium Service first select Account from your User Menu:
Once in your Account Settings select the Premium Services tab and click the Unsubscribe button for the Premium Service to you would like to cancel:
Please be sure that you complete the unsubscribe process to confirm the cancellation of your Premium Service! It is a good idea to refresh the Premium Services page to be sure that you completed all steps and the service is no longer listed:

Why would anyone refer to the charts when they are meaningless,if you subscribe to all the tools offered ,you will move high up on the charts,like so what, does that make any sense??So you buy your way to top ten or even #1 so like you wanna massage your own ego??No one in the music industry is looking at it!!

so if i unsubscribe before i get accepted will i still get billed i have no funds in account i thought it was free and i could cancel before getting charged to continue ;(((((((((

I'm not sure what you mean by accepted. If you unsubscribe BEFORE the renewal date, you will not be charged on the renewal date. If you are asking about RPK opportunity submissions, even if you unsubscribe, your submission would still be active. -

PLEASE STOP THE CURRENT CAMPAIGN IMMEDIATLEY

I have been trying to stop the current campaign.
The option to stop the campaign is not available when i press the button on the right next to the campaign.
Please help. The Wrecking Ball single is a Charity single and therefore giving it away free seriously damages our charity campaign.
When I created the Promote a track campaign I did not realise it would be given away for free.
1. Why can I or you not stop this immediately?
2. Why is it given away free when i already said in the song settings that it is not downloadable.
