I keep getting the message "Connection Failed: This Social Network identity is already associated with another user account on this site" when I attempt to set up my sync. What should I do?

    Sorry you are having trouble!

    The first thing to try if you are getting that message is to log out of all sites online (including Facebook, ReverbNation, Twitter, MySpace, etc). Then, clear the cache and cookies in your browser. Restart the browser and come straight to ReverbNation. Login again and re-attempt the sync.

    If the above fails, write a message to support@reverbnation.com. Please include the following information:

    1. Let us know you have already tried clearing cache and cookies
    2. A link to your ReverbNation profile
    3. Your browser, and browser version information
    4. Let us know the email address you are using that is giving you the error message
    5. Any information about any previous ReverbNation accounts you may have owned

    ** Please note: This is an ongoing issue for a very small percentage of ReverbNation users.
