ReverbNation does maintain a database of email addresses that, from past experiences, it has deemed suspicious. These could also include "spam trap" addresses, or addresses that historically report mailings as spam. Your list included enough of these addresses to merit it being rejected by the FanReach import box.

Regarding your list, you can still get these email addresses into the FanReach system in two other ways:

    1. Scan your list and make sure that every address specifically opted-in at one time to receive mail from you. Remove any other addresses and attempt to re-import. (You'll also want to check for stuff like "support@" or addresses like that that typically don't opt-into lists)

    2. Use the link listed as STEP 2 on the Add Contacts tab of your FanReach. You can copy this link and send it out from your personal email account to all of your contacts. Those who click the link can sign up for your mailing list at no risk to your FanReach score, or the FanReach reputation.

If you imported from a CSV file, make sure to download the example CSV that we provide you with. Is your CSV in the correct format?

If you CSV file is in the correct format (please double-check this), and it is still being rejected by the system, you may email it to support@reverbnation.com with a link to your profile, and we can look into it for you.
