We take seriously all uses of intellectual property rights. With respect to alleged infringement by our members, our policy is to follow the guidelines set forth the in the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). As you may know the DMCA requires that a notice sent to us include, among other things, the following:

"A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

This requirement ensures that proper steps are being taken to verify that there is a valid rights dispute. While we appreciate your concern, we can not take any action pursuant to your request unless you follow the procedures of the DMCA, and you are the rights holder of the songs in question, or legally authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder. The United States Copyright Office provides guidance on how to submit a proper Take Down Notice to us. We hope that this addresses your concerns.

That being said, you are free to at any time you wish report any artist you think is breaking the terms and conditions of the site to abuse(at)reverbnation(dot)com.
