  • A Reverb Press Kit (RPK) is a digital press kit that allows you to send key information about your band to agents, labels, managers, and venues in order to get your band more exposure or book shows. Unlike other digital press kits, our RPKs can include customizable traits and statistics regarding your band’s online presence.

RPKs are located under ’Tools’ in your artist Dashboard:

This will take you to your Press Kit Overview where you can email, share, customize, preview and track stats for your RPKs:

Check out these links to go directly to the posts included in this thread for detailed help on how to customize and send your RPK:

Click here: How to customize your RPK

Click here:Ways to send your RPK

    Other RPK info:
Sales Stats are not currently incorporated into RPKs.

Your RPKs will automatically reflect changes that you make to your ReverbNation profile, this includes RPKs that have already been sent out.

You can send a RPK from any email address. Check the 'Ways to send your RPK' section of this post for details.

If you are having any issues sending or submitting your RPKs please be sure that your web browser is completely up to date and also try clearing your web browsers cache and cookies. If that doesn’t work please let us know!

  • How to send your RPK:

There four different ways to get your RPKs out:

    1. Email your RPK

    2. Share your RPK on Twitter or Facebook

    3. Sending a booking request through Gig Finder

    4. Submitting to an Opportunity

    1. Email your RPK:

To email your RPK go to your Dashboard and then ‘Tools > Press Kits’ . Once in your Press Kit Overview click the ‘Send your RPK’ button. Be sure to give each email address a name so that the RPK will be personalized to the recipient. This will also help us provide you with valuable stats on the recipient’s listens and views:

Please keep in mind that you can update your RPK in real time so when you make any changes anyone that you have emailed or shared with on Twitter or Facebook will now see your updated information (Venues and Opportunities receive a standard ‘Submission RPK’ which will be unaffected by any changes)

    2. Share your RPK on Twitter or Facebook:

To share your RPK on Facebook or Twitter go to your Dashboard and then ‘Tools > Press Kits’ . Once in your Press Kit Overview click the ‘Share RPK’ button then click either the Twitter or Facebook button:

    3. Sending a booking request through Gig Finder:

To send booking requests through Gig Finder go to your Dashboard and then ‘Shows > Gig Finder’ . Once you are in Gig Finder you can enter a location and radius to get Venue Recommendations via the ’Recommend Gigs’ tab or you can search for specific venues through the ’Find a Venue’ tab:

Once you have selected the Venue or Venues that you would like to send your RPK to click the ‘Book Venue’ button for a single venue or ‘Book All Selected Venues’ button if you have checked multiple Venues. This will bring up the ’Send Booking Inquiry’ form to complete and send:

    4. Submitting to an Opportunity:

To use your RPK to submit to ReverbNation Opportunities go to your Dashboard then click Opportunities. Here you can review Opportunities and submit your RPK for everything from major Festivals to being featured on Blogs. Some Opportunities are free and some have an additional submission fee (any submission fee is determined by the Opportunity Promoter and not ReverbNation):

Be sure to enter all information when submitting for an Opportunity (some Promoters also require you to ‘Like’ their Facebook page):

    Thanks!
