FanReach is a powerful email newsletter and mailing list management tool that will help you keep fans up to date on new singles, shows, albums, or anything you like through direct interactions from you to your fans!
You can use our custom design templates made specifically for musicians, design your own emails, share them on social networks, and track all of the results with detailed analytics.

There are four different ways to add fans to your list of contacts.
Click the Add Subscribers tab and select either Manual Entry, CSV, Widget, or Opt-in:
Manual Entry allows you to type or paste new email addresses for your list.
Please remember to only add emails for which you have permission. Separate emails by commas, semicolons, or new lines. Here are some examples of valid entries: jimmy@purplehaze.com, The Vin Man , joesmith@joesplace.com:
Importing a CSV file can be a good choice if you have many fans to import at once:
Check out this CSV file for an example of how your CSV file should be formatted right click this link and save: Sample CSV file
Embed Fan Collector Widgets on your websites to give your fans an immediate way to subscribe to your email updates:
Send and post your Opt-in link to make it easy for fans to subscribe:

There are many differences between FanReach and FanReach Pro.
You can use FanReach for up to 500 contacts, and have a limit to the standard templates. This free service works great for most up and coming or new artists as they start to build their fan base.
FanReach Pro has a tiered number of possible contacts and access to all of ReverbNation's custom templates. Check out this link for more information and a full pricing breakdown:

From the Manage Subscribers tab you can:
- Export your subscribers
- Add or remove tags to your subscribers
- Create or delete a new tag
- Unsubscribe or remove a current subscriber
- Edit a contact's information

Are you seriously telling me that I have no option to customize templates if I have less than 500 fans on Reverbnation? That's absurd. You don't want my 10 dollars a month?
-
Hi Driven Mad
No, that is not what we are saying. You can buy FanReach Pro for any level, even if you have under 999 contacts, just purchase the lowest level of FanReach Pro.
What it IS saying is that once you pass 500 contacts you MUST purchase FanReach Pro to email more than that number.
Feel free to add FanReach Pro at any time from User Men > Account > Premium Services. -

If I delete a subscriber or if they unsubscribe will one of the "pending" subscribers be added to maintain the 500 subscriber limit?

How does one delete a contact in the list. If you click the box on the left .... it does not delete a subscriber ..... what is the process.

Hi
You must click the box on the left (make sure that is the ONLY contact selected) then choose "Remove Selected" from the bulk actions drop down. -

How come the links that I've included in the body of my email message don't have hyperlinks after I send them out to my contacts.

In the Settings of FanReach its wants a valid postal address, is this information going to be shared, or available in anyway?
-
Hi Blood Industrial
Yes, the address appears at the bottom of each mail you send. People (as strange as it sounds) must be able to unsubscribe by snail mail if they choose. Also, in that settings area, it is noted:
Per the Can Spam Act of 2003, all commercial email senders are required to provide a valid postal address. Often times, artists choose to use the address of their record label, manager, or a P.O. Box
Hope that helps -
